We are hiring a Field Operations Manager to join our team! This is an opportunity to join an early stage company with an ambitious growth trajectory. The Field Operations Manager builds and operationalizes Treehouse’s electrical service delivery at scale, ensuring that every installer experiences ease, convenience, and clarity in their work process and that every customer experiences exceptional quality, professionalism, and care. Our Field Operations Manager pushes the boundaries of what’s been done within the trades to establish Treehouse as the nation’s leading electrical services provider, true for our customers and for the employees who bring our vision to life!

The Field Operations Manager:

  • Designs and implements scalable field logistics solutions that maximize delivery accuracy, efficiency, and throughput while building a trusting and inclusive culture for our quickly growing field team
  • Creates no- and low-code solutions to improve team efficiency and throughput as we scale
  • Captures, analyzes, and reports on KPIs to manage field organization performance, track progress toward company goals, and identify areas of opportunity
  • Understands and communicates the details of electrical installations to support customers, colleagues, and a national electrician workforce
  • Creates infrastructure and documentation for project scoping and handoff for sales and customer support teams, streamlining intake for the benefit of customers and installers alike
  • Partners with engineering and product leadership to identify system gaps and design scalable field support tools
  • Contributes to continuous performance improvement across the company

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A four-year Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other computational field
  • Two or more years of operations and logistics experience involving distributed teams that deliver exceptional customer value
  • A proven track record of implementing systems and software to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Expertise in CRM and/or field management systems and workflow solutions that directly impact employee and customer experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration
  • Independence, a bias for action, and comfort with fast learning and iteration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-past, early-stage company environment
